I've been lucky in my career to be surrounded by brilliant employees, leaders and HR professionals that continually strive to improve every aspect of the employee life cycle. As an HR Partner in multiple Fortune 500 companies, I witnessed stellar improvements in the approach and available tech solutions for people matters such as Recruitment, Engagement, Performance Management, and more.

As I continue to work in the world of Human Resources, I find too many business professionals still struggle with the complexities of Employee Relations.
